The other day, I heard my cousin tell my mom that her son was still not good at studies but the daughter was topping. The son apparently "only" gets the sixth or seventh rank. For your information, the son is in the 3rd standard and the daughter in 1st. When I objected to this, she gave the excuse of competition and that the kids would otherwise never "catch-up". Sigh! And LOL @ "ye herewith certified as just returned from hell" It’s a pity about parents’ dreams being considered more important than the child’s.
